Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?

You don’t have to be there, as long as you’ve given us clear placement instructions and the area is accessible. If you prefer to be onsite, that’s perfectly fine too.

Where can the dumpster be placed?

Dumpsters should be placed on a flat, level surface like a driveway, parking lot, or cleared job site area. Avoid soft ground, slopes, or areas with low wires, branches, or gates that could block access.

Do I need a permit to place a dumpster?

If the dumpster is on private property, no permit is needed.
If it needs to sit on a public street or sidewalk, you may need a city permit. We can provide the size and weight details if needed.

What items can go in the dumpster?

Most construction, renovation, and household debris is accepted, including:

Wood, drywall, flooring, and roofing
Furniture and general junk
Yard waste (small limbs, brush, etc.
Construction materials and light demo waste
What items are not allowed?

Please do not dispose of the following:

Paint, oil, or any liquids.
Batteries or electronics.
Tires.
Chemicals, fuel, and hazardous waste.
Appliances containing Freon (like refrigerators or AC units).
Medical or biohazard materials.

How should I load the dumpster safely?

Distribute material evenly and keep everything below the rim of the dumpster. Avoid stacking items that stick out. Overfilled or unbalanced containers may not be able to be hauled for safety reasons.

What happens if I exceed the weight limit?

Each dumpster has a set tonnage allowance (listed on your rental agreement). If your load exceeds that amount, a per-ton overage fee will be added. We can help estimate your debris weight before delivery to help you stay within limits.

Can I move the dumpster once it’s placed?

No. Please do not move the dumpster after it’s delivered. Our drivers position it for safe pickup, and moving it could cause damage or make it inaccessible.

What if I finish early or need pickup sooner?

How do I pay for my dumpster rental?

Payment can be made at delivery or before pickup, depending on your agreement. We accept cash, check, and major cards. A digital receipt is available for your records.

Extra days after your rental period

What if my dumpster isn’t picked up on time?

If your dumpster isn’t removed as scheduled, give us a quick call. We’ll get it rescheduled immediately. Sometimes delays happen due to weather or route changes.

Can I cancel or reschedule my rental?

Yes. Contact us at least 48 hours before delivery to cancel or reschedule without penalty. Short-notice changes may be subject to a service fee depending on timing.
